Als ich in den 90ern nach Wien kam, war Forms of Plasticity meine erste eigene Band. Forms of Plasticity – meist nur kurz FOP genannt – war unter anderem eine Zeit lang die Stageband des Porgy&Bess in Wien, wir haben drei coole Alben aufgenommen (eins davon für Universal Records) und waren auf Einladung des österreichischen Kulturinstitutes 2005 auf Tour in Mexico.

Die ORF Kulturwoche befand damals: „Forms of Plasticity repräsentieren eine der spannendsten und innovativsten Jazzformationen Österreichs. Fop bietet eine homogene Mischung aus Elektronik, Jazz, Rock und Pop. Geschickt verbinden sie die Sensibilität und Improvisationslust des Jazz mit der rhythmischen Energetik aktueller elektronischer Musik.“
